What happens when you move in?
1. Sign your licence agreement
This is a simple one-page document that is so simple, we don’t need solicitors.
2. Pay a deposit (two month’s rent) and your first month’s rent
This is industry standard.
3. We’ll have your office ready within 48 hours.

We make this process as easy as possible for you. All you need on your first day is your computer.
FAQ
Working hours are between 8am – 8pm. 24/7 access is available should you need to work early/late on the odd occasion or collect things from your office over the weekend.
Well-behaved dogs are not just welcome, they’re encouraged! We even had someone bring their hamster in once. True story.
You won’t find it faster. Every room comes with 100mb as standard, and you can upgrade to 500mb or 1gb.
Absolutely! We encourage all our clients to make their rooms their own. When you move in, you’ll find your room freshly cleaned and painted and so all we ask is for the room to be left the same way. We have a resident painter and decorator who will help you with that.
Within 48 hours of signing your agreement and paying your bond and first month’s rent.
All we ask is a two-month deposit and your first month’s rent up front. This is standard across most office spaces for rent in Newcastle.
As many as you like. Parking is free, unlimited, and on a first come first serviced basis. There is on-street parking too, though it’s unlikely you’ll need it. If you prefer peace of mind, private parking spaces are available for just £30 a month.

We have a full state-of-the-art L1 fire system and test our alarms every Thursday at 2pm.
