How to book a meeting room
Easy three step process:

2. Confirmation
We’ll get in touch to confirm if your desired time and date is available.
3. Secure booking
Pay in full to secure your booking. Think you may need to reschedule or cancel close to your date? Go with our flexi pricing – it means you can cancel up to one hour before for a full refund.
Before your meeting:
- You’ll receive your Chromecast and WIFI login details
- You’ll receive an email reminding you about all the important info
On the day:
- You’ll meet us at reception, get an access fob, then we’ll make sure you’re all set with everything you need.
- Your room will be ready with refreshments and anything else you’ve requested.
- We’ll greet your guests for you as they arrive and bring them to your meeting room.
