Our story
Mistral House is managed by North East Office Space ltd, started in 2013.
In 2019, we relocated to Mistral House from Cobalt with all 22 of our existing clients.
Before moving in, we completely future-proofed Mistral House with state-of-the-art connectivity, new office decor, high-spec equipment, and modern breakout and kitchen areas.
We fell in love with the location: a stone’s throw from so many amazing local amenities and transport links – a perfect spot for anyone looking for an office.
Our tenants love easy links to the A1 and A19, FREE parking, and our 12-month rental agreements (so you’re not locked in for years)!
